Q. What is a project?

One project corresponds to one quiz event. (Example: Quiz event for Mr. ○○ and Ms. ×× wedding reception)

You can create as many quizzes as you want within one project.


Q. What are the participant limits, usage period, and usage frequency?

Participant Limits

  • Free Plan... up to 10 people
  • Casual Plan... up to 50 people
  • Premium Plan... up to 300 people

*If you need to use the service with more than 300 participants, please contact us.

Usage Period

  • Valid for 2 months from the plan purchase date. After 2 months, you will return to the Free Plan.
  • Even after 2 months, the quiz content you created will remain.

Usage Frequency

There is no limit on the number of uses. When using the service for the second time or later, you can reset the participant data from the previously played quiz.


Q. How do I create a quiz and play it on the event day?

Please see this page for detailed usage instructions.


Q. Can I add a rule explanation slide before the quiz?

Currently, only "Cover," "Question," and "Ranking" slides are supported.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please prepare slides separately from this service for rule explanations.


Q. Can I distribute the QR code in advance so guests can register beforehand?

Yes, you can. The URL and QR code for participant registration are unique to each project. The URL remains the same even after purchasing a plan, so you can distribute it at any time you prefer.

Please note the following two points when distributing:

  1. Download the QR code for the URL to join the quiz. Click "Play Quiz" on the admin screen to download the QR code.

  2. To accept guest name registrations, you need to click "Play Quiz" and turn on "Start Accepting Participants."


Q. Can I rearrange the question slides?

You can rearrange question slides by dragging the slide you want to move to the desired position. *PC only


Q. Is there a recommended size for uploaded images?

Images displayed on smartphones are shown in a 3:4 (vertical:horizontal) ratio. Images on PC slides vary depending on the PC and screen size used for projection on the day.

Therefore, we recommend selecting images while checking how they appear on smartphones and testing them in the actual environment you'll use on the day.


Q. Can I use BGM during the quiz?

We apologize, but there is no BGM playback feature.

Please prepare a separate playback software for music.


Q. How is the quiz ranking determined?

Rankings are calculated based on two factors:

  • Number of correct answers
  • Total response time

People with more correct answers rank higher. If the number of correct answers is the same, the person with the shorter total response time ranks higher.


Q. What ranking positions can I choose to display?

Click on the slide labeled "Results Announcement" at the bottom of the quiz edit screen to set the number of people to announce from the following options:

  • Show All
  • Show from 3rd place
  • Show from 5th place
  • Show from 10th place
  • Show from 15th place
  • Show from 30th place

Q. How long does ranking calculation take?

Based on our experience, ranking calculation typically completes in about 10 seconds at most (with 170 participants). Please wait until "Calculation Complete" appears in the bottom right of the results announcement slide.


Q. Can someone join the quiz midway?

Yes, they can. In that case, please note that unanswered questions are counted as incorrect.

Also, if a participant closes their browser during the quiz, they can rejoin from the currently playing slide by accessing the same URL via QR code or link.


Q. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards from the following brands:

  • JCB
  • MasterCard
  • VISA
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diners Club

Q. Can I get a receipt?

Yes. A receipt will be sent to the email address registered at the time of purchase.


Q. Do you support the Invoice System (qualified invoice)?

We apologize, but Ennoshita operates as a tax-exempt business, so we do not issue qualified invoices compliant with the Invoice System.


Q. Can you customize features according to my requirements?

We apologize, but we do not accommodate individual requests. We will consider your feedback for future feature development, so please contact us through the inquiry form.


Q. How do I change my password?

You can change your password on the Password Reset page.


Q. How do I cancel my account?

Please proceed from the Withdrawal page.

Please note that all your registered account data, created quizzes, and participant rankings will be deleted and cannot be recovered after withdrawal.

Please contact us through the Inquiry Form. We will review your inquiry and respond within 2-5 business days.
